  6. distribution system with terms such as the one under which this
  7. particular piece of software is being distributed.  These programs
  8. keep track of all my registered users and distributors, and who is
  9. "under" who in the payment plan, and to print checks, and such.

  11.      I am making these programs available to whomever might wish
  12. to purchase them in order to manage a distribution system like
  13. mine for software of their own.  There will be a special offer
  14. made to registered users of the "CUBE" software.  Moreover, any
  15. software purchased through this offer will become a part of the
  16. payment plan of the CUBE programs along with which this letter is
  17. distributed.
